"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. I recieved a recommendation for the Maven Group from a friend and would also recommend them to anyone else needing concrete work so am writing this review. I just wish I had found them sooner!"

"Jeff from RaiseCrete from Foundation Repair Pressure Grouting came to the condo as scheduled and did a thorough examination of the problems both inside and out. It was determined that the foundation had cracked and needed to be reinforced. They had to remove a portion of the deck covering the area on the slope in order to hand excavate down to the existing footer and 18 inches beyond that to determine the number of and length of Stabi-Loc push piles needed. These were ordered and installed. Then engineered footer mounts were mounted to existing footers and the foundation was raised back as close to original elevation as possible to stabilize. The excavated areas were filled in and compacted down. The deck portion that was removed was replaced. Also Geo-tile was installed on the slope under the deck and extensions were installed on the gutter downspouts in that area to help with erosion control on the slope. The cracks on the exterior brick were repaired as were the cracks in the interior wall sheet rock. The work was done as scheduled and in a timely matter. The work area was cleaned up very well. Two other estimates were gotten. Raise Crete's price was in the middle of the other two quotes but included more services that would have been needed. Both the condo owner and the HOA were very satisfied with the results and would use Raise Crete again."

"These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.

They were professional, hard-working and delivered the project on time. there was a lot of precision needed to accomplish this job and they worked very carefully making sure every dimensions given on the drawings are well addressed. "Andy has done quite a lot for me at my home. On this occasion he came in and took out sink/vanities in both my bathrooms complete with facets and put in new. He painted both bathrooms. He installed two new cabinets above my toilets for more storage, and installed two mirrored cabinets above the vanities. I never felt that I needed to keep on him. He worked the whole time he was here and did an excellent job. I have had him here to my home several times for inside & outside work. I foresee him coming back in the very near future."
