"Mark reached out to me 10 minutes after I went on Angie’s list. I told him where the job was. He told me he could be there in a couple of hours and then I didn’t need to be there. He would take the measurements and call me back with an estimate which saved me a big trip going into Manhattan. he arrived there on time, gave me the estimate, and I explained to him that I needed the job done as soon as possible due to the nature of the location. although he said his turnaround is usually about a week. He made my job at priority and did it in two days. his work is extremely professional, and honestly, it was better than what was there previously. Mark is nice guy, easy to work with,and every reliable. I definitely will be using him for future projects and referring him. Thank you Mark"

"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. Also, the reviews on this business arenâ t legit as well. Times and dates arenâ t adding up."

"We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement. Out of all of the responses to our bids which we national bids we centered upon the most knowledgeable and gifted company probably the best in the U.S.A which was Grady"s Construction and Plastering of Wilkes-Barre, PA. His unique gifts had given us the opportunity to bring back the granger and integrity of this very important historical structure in downtown Washington, D.C.
