"Terry came to the rescue again! Recent projects he has handled for us inclide: 1. A deck update. Some boards were in need of replacing 2. A complete bathroom remodel. He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."

"I hired Beyer Builders earlier this year for total remodeling of my master bathroom and partial remodeling of another bathroom. I wanted a doorless walk-in shower that would be easy to clean. John Beyer suggested the Onyx product for the entire shower, which has turned out to be perfect. In the other bathroom, he installed an Onyx surround over a new cast iron tub. The plumbers told me that most builders don't install cast iron tubs any more because of the weight, but John knew that I wanted quality materials. Both bathrooms are now as beautiful as I hoped they would be. In addition, I asked Beyer Builders to replace two wooden decks at my house. Looking for a low maintenance option, I decided on Azek decking material. The original framing was still in good shape, so Beyer Builders replaced only the decking to save me some money. I also asked Beyer Builders to do some smaller jobs, including completing a baseboard replacement project in the house and repairing some siding. I asked John Beyer if he could suggest a company to asphalt my gravel driveway. I make an appointment for the asphalt company representative to come look at the driveway and John surprised me by showing up to see what the person was going to say. When the asphalt person asked if I had any place to dump fill that would result from some excavation that would be necessary, John even knew of someone up the road who was willing to take the fill, which saved me the cost of having it hauled it away. The driveway turned out beautifully. My husband hired Beyer Builders in 2016 to replace the front door and retile the entryway. That turned out so well that when I was looking for someone to hire for this year's projects, I thought first of Beyer Builders. I trust John and Sharon Beyer completely to help me out with any home improvement or repair projects. They understood my desire to make changes to cut back on maintenance. They, their workers, and their subcontractors, such as plumbers, tilers, and painters, do quality work."

"Brian was very professional and did very high quality work. He brainstormed with me on what could be done to fix the grout tile problem we had in our kitchen, gave me several options for what type of door handle we could install and brought out samples of materials we could use for the projects. He worked carefully and efficiently. The fees for his work were very fair. Brian was very conscientious of my wishes, time and specific needs. "Absolutely fantastic! Due to our health problems, it became imperative that we be able to shower on the first floor of our home. Unfortunately, our first floor only had a powder room with no shower or bath, and that room was really small. Greg, a master craftsman, was able to design and enlarge our powder room enough to accommodate a shower. This was a really tough job to do in our 100-year-old home. Once he designed and created the extra space, Greg completely rehabbed and remodeled the enlarged room, adding a shower, new commode, and vanity. It was an extremely complex job requiring plumbing, electrical, and ventilation work plus flooring, painting, and all sorts of carpentry magic. the result is a magnificent new bathroom that will allow us to stay in our cherished home for years to come; all thanks to Greg!"

"I am glad a friend suggested Integrity Building & Remodeling when I asked for a recommendation for help with a deck repair. As I talked with Bob and Christine after the original job, I realized they could also help with work I needed in other areas. Over the course of the summer, they were able - and willing - to help with each new item I suggested. They also allowed me the flexibility to change my mind to add more work - sometimes more challenges - to some of the projects. <br /> Bob knows a lot about many different areas of remodeling. Nothing I requested seemed unfamiliar - and I suggested a lot: roofing, painting, framing, tiling, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing. Christine also provided some unexpected - and welcome - design suggestions. I was stumped on an appropriate replacement color for my sun porch walls and trim as I did not want to have to replace existing floor treatment. Christine suggested a color combination I never would have thought of on my own, and I love it. <br /> My bathroom remodel took longer than I'd anticipated, but I believe a portion of that was due to additional problems we discovered that needed to be addressed, along with my decision to add a few items (e.g. installing a replacement windows, adding a tile wall) to the original project. <br /> Throughout the whole experience, Bob and Christine were good-natured, cheerful, and more than willing to answer my questions about where we were in the project and what else needed to be done.
