"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"Amazing professionals! Went above and beyond in many ways. We installed new floors and my handicapped dog was slipping on the new hardwood stairs. Todd immediately found a solution and came and installed his solution within 24 hours to make sure my dog didn’t get hurt. Would recommend FF Floors to anyone. They also stayed true to their quote, even though there were a couple hurdles that they could have charged more for."

"Charles from Floor to Door was great to work with. He responded quickly with an estimate and kept in excellent contact while we coordinated around other projects. His crew got the job done in a day and a half and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!"

"So far my Job is not complete only because it took a long time to get 2 more Estimate after Floor Coverings Quickly Responded, I have chosen this Company for the pride, compassion and personal care and interest they have provided so far along with their reasonable prices. Highly Recommend this Company, Beth is an outstanding Person to work with along with representing this Company"

"Kollin is efficient and will get the job done—no matter what. He removed carpet adhesive from my new house to restore the original hardwood floors, and it looks like it’s brand new."
