After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"We had them replace plumbing fixtures in our bathroom remodel and install in-line water heater to provide point of use hot water to a distant bathroom from our water heater. In addition, they replaced a deteriorating concrete laundry tub and replaced a shut-off valve for an outdoor water faucet that was leaking."

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"I'm extremely satisfied with the service we received from Pleasant Plumber. We worked with Will. He came to my house immediately, assessed the problem and made the repair in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family."

"Zach and his apprentice from Randy's Electric were 100% successful in restoring power to the condo unit I manage. The condo is in a building that has some of the wiring redone and some quite old. It appears there was some condensation above the ceiling that caused a short in half the circuits in the condo. The condo owner had another electrical company take a look at it two weeks before. Two hours and $480 dollars later they didn't do anything. Today, the guys from Randy's Electric where able to come out and resolve the issue in about 2+ hours. The moral of the story is there are some electricians that get the job done and others that just send you a bill. Randy's Electric is the former. I appreciate them coming close to the estimate. It's an old building, so I know how things can go sideways quickly. My only regret is we couldn't book an appointment with them first. I've learned it is better to wait on a high quality electrician rather than go with the one that is available. PS: Stay away from Early Bird Electric if you have a job that has lots of unknowns. They will just take your money and say that can't do it."

"Cody with CNT plumbing did an amazing job with my new water heater. He has incredible attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable and always does amazing work. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done."

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."
