Small jobs welcome
"Extremely impressed with the work they did! They busted hard for 2 days to insulate my oddly shaped house and made it all work. Had the entire exterior foamed and the bedroom walls foamed and I couldn't be happier. They left the area cleaner then when they started and we can already hear the difference in the sound inside. Looking forward to seeing what it does to my electric bill this winter but with small kids the noise blocking alone makes a huge difference in comfort. Beyond satisfied with the work they did and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs insulation installed."

"Because our garage walls were already dry walled spray foam was not used but instead they blew in BIB insulation which is better for Rvalue. When Jennifer looked at our garage for the pre work bid, she made a couple of good recommendations which we took. Her written quote was detailed for each part of job. The installers showed up on time and were efficient and took care with our home and left garage very clean. Jennifer got us onto their work schedule very soon after she sent us her written cost for this job. Great company!"

"I've had ice dams for years. I finally researched it enough to realize it was an insulation problem (I wish I had been smart enough to figure it out sooner). Anyway Speciality Insulation came out and gave me a truly reasonable estimate. The technician found an uninsulated heating pipe, missing batts, in addition to the original find of inadequate insulation. They fixed all of that. I have a room that was perennially cold, it's warm now, no ice dams and I am sure my gas bill will go down. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. Very pleasant, efficient and did what they said they could do for an affordable price."

"Instal insulation . Very friendly, fast and clean. Tech's very professional and as I had to pick up my son from school, I left them alone. They were gone when I got home and every thing was done with no mess."

"My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.
I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen

"Skyline experienced a defective relay switch and had to go back to office to obtain a working one; after that was done the job went well and they finished the job. They put plastive in the way of the tube that the insulation had to be blown in to protect the carpet and floor. They were through and completed the job in good time. The cost to install the blown in insulatation was very one we could live with and was fair."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
