"Bonney Construction exceeded my expectations at every step of the process of building my 1200 sq foot shop. Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised. Just as a side note, I was extremely impressed with Warren's attention to detail. From the quality and craftmanship of each subcontractor's work that Warren personally chose based on his experiences with these individuals, to the overall cleanness of the jobsite. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with this job. We have an incredible shop that is far better than we ever imagined it would be. "I was very happy with Sergey and his crew! This is the second project that i have used them for. The first project was building a garage and breezeway and this project was doing a lot of the finish work such as trim and painting. The garage and breezeway looked so nice when they were done. All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. "I can only wish that I could give a rating higher than 5.0. Ivan does such great work and works to make everything he does as perfect as he can, while he is working on the job if you happen to be talking with him he will ask you what you think and how you like it, if there is something that you would like to see different he will weight the pros and cons and talk with you about what you said. I had Ivan replace my 12' x 43' rear deck and he had to replace it from the ground up because it was in such bad shape. My wife and I were so happy with the finished results of the rear deck that we had him replace the front deck as well. Bothe were completed on time. We would highly recommend Ivan for any work you need to be done. Track Decking was the material used."
