"They removed drywall that was saturated with sewer water, removed part of the carpet that was ruined, dried out the basement and scrubbed the cement walls to remove any spores.  The whole process took less than a day and I was very pleased with the results.

"Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service.

"Having been in the business for many years, I have an insight into how things should and should not be done. With recent back surgery I needed some help with a fairly small job. As an insider, I know how contractors get bad reputations and it all has to do with integrity. As a former business owner, I also know that hiring and relying on your employees to have that same integrity is stressful.
After looking at Mr. Ogrady's references, I bought the 4 hour service, as I needed someone to help with some things I could not do. And more specifically, I was never that good at finish carpentry so I needed someone to help with the finer details. Sadly, to make a long story short, when Mr. Ogrady's carpenter left, I had an unfinished job, (his man left 2.5 hrs into a 4 hour project), I had a door that was neither plumb, level, square, nor flush with the sheetrock.  In addition, My house was a disaster area that took my wife and I 2 hours to clean. Remember that's the short story....I could go on.
Thankfully, that is not the end of the story. When we called Mr. Ogrady to express our concerns, it took him less than three minutes to return our call, and less then thirty seconds to say that he was on his way to clean our house himself. (My wife is a neat-freak and we had it clean before he arrived), however, In two hours, Mr. Ogrady was in our living room showing us exactly how he was going to fix things, and showed up the very next day.... spending 5 hours fixing a 4 hour job. The only problem I had at that point was kicking him out of my house so we could eat dinner because the man started fixing things I hadn't even hired him to do. Bottom line is... this is a man with integrity, and I would hire his company again without reservation because I know that If anything was not to my satisfaction, it would be fixed.  It does not take integrity to have employees that do things perfectly every time. It takes integrity to not leave a job until it is done as promised.
Thank you.

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"J&J Solutions came to the rescue when the movers that were originally hired cancelled last minute. After calling every company I could find and not having any luck getting any help until after the holiday weekend, I came across their add and decided to give it a shot. Not only was Jeremiah extremely polite and professional but he made time to move my family into our new house and offered the services of cleaning the old one and all at a decent price. Compared to what I was already quoted by other companies J&J's was great and they also took the worries away with the old housecleaning. Jasper and his crew showed up a few minutes early then scheduled, which I appreciated! Jasper and his crew got us all moved out with care, organization, and in a timely manner. The housecleaning was done better then I would have done myself. After seeing the amazing cleaning job they did on the old house, I have hired them to come in and clean our house every two weeks. The whole team of J&J Solutions went over and beyond for my family and I! I will refer them to anyone and everyone for any job that needs done. Thank you J&J's for all your help!!
