"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"In April 2026, our broken cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, but we didn’t know how extensive the repair would be. From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. We agreed on the approach and set a date for the following week. Nick and his co-worker were friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and hard-working. They communicated well, taking photos for us throughout the process. They cleaned up everywhere, completed the job in one day, and they kept to their price. "We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms

"Julio was great when he first came. It turns out that he sent his brother. His brother, instead of correcting what we thought was a minor problem, he suggested buying a whole new sink thing and a whole new garbage disposal. He happened to have a good one on the truck and it will cost you 400 and some odd dollars and I am like "I don't think so." So, I said " Either forget it or fix this one or whatever." So, I called my brother in law who knows plumbing and I researched it while he was there on the spot. I decided to go get the garbage disposal at a good price and then he put it in. I don't like that kind of business where they say this will cost you, but what you should do is this and it will cost you even more. I don't think we are going to call them back.
  I met him through Angie's List almost a year ago in June and I evaluated his work and it was great. He was very accommodating. It was beautiful. It was like $99 for a hours work of work or something like that and it worked out well. So, it turns out he would be great to hire in the future, so we are hiring from Angie's List. So it says Angie's List works, but we hired him a second time and it didn't work out to well. We got the garbage disposal done, but it cost a high amount, but plumbers do. Because of Angie's List, we found a plumber that we thought we could use in the future.
  He did the work, but I went and bought the products. I didn't want to pay his prices. I paid him for the labor and he waited for me too, which is incredible because most plumbers have you by the watch and want to charge me for sitting out in the driveway waiting for me to go get the equipment. That was nice. So, he didn't charge me for that hour or whatever it took, but he did do the work that we needed and we paid for it, but there was no fee to come out. I didn't like the price and they way they do that. "Oh you don't need that, that drain is not dripping that much. Just buy a whole new sink faucet." Wait a minute,
  The quality was good. They came out and it was very convenient. Punctuality was good. He was late thank goodness because I was late. It worked out. Unfortunately, it was Julio's brother. Julio was great. This guy (his brother) I would send him out. He is the one getting the marks, not Julio."
