"Job went well, Bob is very creative and did all of the work with a limited crew so he was very hands on. We lost a large oak during the storm and the tree company damaged the yard since it was wet, in getting the tree out. Decided to replace the lawn and redesign the space. Bob was the only bidder that actually looked at the sprinkler valve box after I described some of the problems we were having with the lawn. He wasn't the lowest or highest bidder either. He works afternoons into the early evening which takes some getting used to but he definitely gets the job done!"

"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
