"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. "My hat is off to Sacramento Valley Roofing and gutters. I had 5 companies come to my home and give me estimates and all were competitive. However Ramon the owner of Sac Val, was the only one that actually told me that my roof was in good condition except for the facial boards which you could tell needed replacing and some soft spots that meant there might be rotting underneath but couldn't be totally sure. He explained that the roof being almost 20 yrs old and it might have to be replace soon and then let me think about it. "I contacted Roof City when the original roof on my home started leaking near the chimney. They came out inspected the area and showed me pictures of the rain damage. When they replaced the areas affected, they used materials that exceeded the industry standards. The whole crew was very professional and polite, answering any questions I had. While making the repairs they had noticed a few tiles were broken away from the original affected area, they replaced those at the same time they completed the other repairs. "I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,"
