Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. I searched Home advisor on a Saturday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday with Grant, the technician from Right Touch. He’s a true pro in every way! He called to speak with me about the project and through our discussion he was able to determine the size and materials he’d need to complete the project. He quoted me an extremely fair price and his company accepts payment by cash, check, credit card and even Zelle! On Monday, he arrived right on schedule, wearing a mask and was very polite and patient as he entered our home and set up to work. He thoroughly cleaned every part of the exposed carpet. He gave us our instructions for drying time and care and if that wasn’t enough, he gave us plastic booties to wear around the house while the carpet was still damp! Grant is a class act and Right Touch Floor Service is a company we can depend on. I will definitely reschedule him to return in 6 months for another cleaning!
