"Mike Cappuccio came and reviewed our two bedroom garden level condo in Boston's South End to see if a heat pump would solve the heating problems. Electric baseboard heat was expensive and not doing the job. We also could eliminate noisy and inefficient window ACs. We had received a quote from another contractor and were not happy. Every day they cleaned up at the end of the day and you would hardly know they had been there. I work at home and they installed the unit in the room with my office first and I was able to work without interruption after that. They treated our things with care and covered everything when there was any dust around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The system works even better than we expected. The work was finished on the first 90 degree day of the year and we were ready. The system was advertised as very quiet but that is understatement, there is no sound at all. We can't test the heat yet but based on how things have gone so far we are not concerned.
