He worked with us in a pleasant and professional manner and his fees were within reason. He made some recommendations as to how to repair the wall and didn't push more than what we needed. He and his helper did the job, on a very hot day no less, cleaned up in entirety and left with no mess behind. He takes pride in the job at hand. We would recommend his work and company to anyone looking for this type of work. Any future projects we would not hesitate to use his services again."

Drainage work can be messy and they were incredibly respectful of my yard and kept the site clean every day. They took the time to explain the work and exactly where the drainage points would be. They didn't just throw gravel in a trench; they engineered a real solution. If you want the job done right, hire these guys! There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
