"Sump pump failed after hours(of course) but Weld plumbing got one of their plumbers out within 2 hours (maybe less) to totally replace the sump pump. He was so nice and so efficient and got it done in under an hour. The price was high because it was after hours, but we were told what it would cost before the plumber came out. About nine years ago, he did all the cabinetry for our finished basement, including an entertainment center, bar, kitchenette, home office and bathroom. Approximately 4 years ago, he did all of the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel as well as creating a built-in buffet, planning desk and new cabinets surrounding the fireplace.  The kitchen cabinets are painted white, but the other cabinets are in cherry and walnut. Everything Joel does is custom built and of the highest quality. "We were planning a main bathroom remodel, and contacted 4 companies. Swencraft responded quickly and provided an estimate at the time they had promised – the only company to do so. Eric listened to our requests and discussed options they might recommend. Swencraft was always responsive to any questions, comments, or suggestions we added to the proposal, as well as a few decisions we needed to make during the remodel. We had done other remodeling projects ourselves, and knew what to look for in quality materials and work. Swencraft folks (there were 3 working on this project) paid attention to details, didn’t take shortcuts, but took their time to make sure it was done right. The cabinetmaker and plumber that Eric recommended and worked on our project did excellent work. We were particularly pleased with the cabinet maker (Capstone) who discussed our preferences with us, and delivered the cabinets right on time. They were just what we wanted and the workmanship is excellent. We would not only recommend Capstone for cabinets,,, we would insist that you employ him. Eric, Jade, and Josh were always pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend Swencraft and will use them for other remodeling projects in the future."
