"Kadi is knowledgeable and reliable but most of all he is honest. I had a problem with my dishwasher and a secondary smaller issue with my washing machine. Another technician came earlier in the day and quoted $875 to fix them both. I did not use him. Then I got in Angi’s list and Kadi called me back immediately. When I told him the problem I thought I had he asked for a video. I sent it and over the phone he solved the dishwasher main problem right then by telling me I had accidentally put the machine into a delay mode. When I fixed that (my bad) it was running fine. He then said he would come fix the broken door spring same day. He did and it was quick and easy. Then he looked at my washing machine and was able to fix it quickly as well. He charged me $125 and everything was done He is an honest and knowledgeable man in a business that has many who are not I highly recommend him and will be calling him in the future with any appliance issues I have. "I have been having some trouble with my refrigerator for maybe a year now. So I called and spoke to Jose about my ice maker not working. He was very polite as we set up a time within 48 Hours to get it serviced. That morning he arrived and got to work on it. After a diagnostic. He figured it was the water solenoid valve. So Jose had the part for $129.00. So I paid it plus the labor which came out to be about $300. I felt that was a little high but as long as I had ice I will just deal with it. In about a week and a couple of days it broke again. So by this point I am NOT good. I start doing some research on the icemaker itself. So I found it for $90.00. I also found the valve he charged me for between $35 to $75. Which I thought $129.00 was a heck of a mark up. I called Jose and told him what happened and he says that he can get the ice maker and put it in for an additional $129.00. I mention to him that the price was high for both parts. His response was "Well that's what I sell it for. I sure you can find it cheaper somewhere else." That's all I needed to get off my butt and fix it myself. Its purring like a kitten and pumping out tons of ice. This experience has giving me the motive to just fix it myself if I can."
