"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

I don't even know what he did because the top is not visible from the ground. On windy days, the metallic noise is unbearable, so I contacted him again by text, but he never acknowledge my request. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE AND POLITE, EVEN REMOVING HIS SHOES BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ODD ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS A PHONE CALL I GOT THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP, TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T AVAILABLE AND SAID IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AS SCHEDULED."

"Randy worked with us to get us the product and colors that we wanted at a price we could afford.  He let us know about the construction that would be needed to support the new siding and soffits.  He gave us the confidence that he knew his business and would do a good job for us.  His crews were professional and friendly.  My dog liked the foreman, Eric.  That says a lot.  They did several extras while they were here at no charge.  When hail hit the new steel doors and caused minor dents, they repaired the dents and repainted at no extra charge.  I asked for an extra piece of trim at the top of my chimney to make it look finished and they didn't argue with me about it.  Eric even fixed a closet door for us while he was here and that had nothing to do with the job.  It took 3 minutes, but it meant a lot to me.  We have already contracted to have Randy's son, Brandon install new gutters.  And we are taking Randy's recommendation on a fence contractor.  These are good people who do good work. <br>"
