"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

I TOLD THEM I WASN'T AVAILABLE AND SAID IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AS SCHEDULED."

"I purchased this service through a big deal. The company was very accommodating in scheduling services around my work schedule. Loren, the Technician, arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to service my gas fireplace to ensure that it worked optimally. He inspected the fireplace and replaced the wall switch that was no longer working. He added artificial ashes/embers to improve the look of the fire when burning.
