"Extremely fast response to request, talked to him Monday evening, work completed by early Thursday morning and that included having to come out, match siding and order it from Greensboro. Very reasonable and courteous, looks great, they even left me an extra piece with the info marked on the back as to the kind in case we needed it for future repairs. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

The masonite siding we had in the rear and on the sides of the house was old, had been repaired multiple times, much of it replaced and it still looked awful. Our home, closing in on the half-century mark, is in an upscale neighborhood, and I debated and researched wood, cement board, and vinyl. Sam or his brother checked on the job continuously. When I had questions or concerns, they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. "It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future.
