"The site for the patio and pergola was problematic as there was a marked slope to the garden where I wanted the patio built.  Marvin Waite, owner of Green Chapel Maintenance, initially stopped by to discuss what I wanted and where, plus give me an estimate for his work.  He did exactly what he said he could do, including construction of the patio framing to provide a flat, level surface for the brick pavers.  I was amazed at how efficient he was, completing the entire project a day ahead of schedule and within budget.  Mr. Waite is very skilled in the many talents he demonstrated and I now have a gorgeous patio and pergola that far exceeded my expectations, due, in part, to his conceptualization of the finished project and the many suggestions he made to improve upon my initial plan.  I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled craftsman who can handle just about anything you want him to do."
