He also designed, fabricated and installed new iron railing pairs for the porch and both step sets, having taken meticulous angle measurements of the old ones. The custom handrails and pickets are an exhibit of top notch welding and are anchored quite securely. In its precision and detail, the brickwork has been described by other contractors as seriously impressive. Neighbors and passersby have stopped by to give their compliments, some asking for his contact information. In the beginning, he carefully assessed and shared his vision of the finished work, and the estimated costs. In the end, the bill was below his estimate. You’ll find none better to deal with as well. "We can't say enough positive things about Professional Hardscapes. We hired them to repair our enormous rock wall that collapsed after a storm. The entire job took about 4-5 days...which was seriously amazing considering the scale of the project. Henry, the owner, was quick to answer emails or other questions we had. Periodically we would watch the crew (basically because we were amazed at their skill). They were pleasant and professional. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their personal belongings and at the end of the project, cleanup was perfect. They did not interfere with our daily routines in any way. "When confronted with a crisis because of a copper plumbing burglary, Mr. Grady, of Grady's Painting, Plastering and Construction, willingly traveled many miles to come to my aid. Requesting only a $1.00 deposit against a $4,500.00 job, he masterfully reconstructed my nineteenth century lath and plaster hallway wall, also thoroughly compensating for a missing portion of a central stud unwittingly removed by a plumber! After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!
