He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

I had a toilet that would not flush completely and asked if they would evaluate my situation.</p> They were very friendly and responsive to my needs. In addition to the work that they did on my toilet I had them add a ball c*** valve on my line to facilitate cleaning a trap on my incoming line. Lastly, I had them place a device for facilitating quicker return of Hot water to my kitchen sink. I found them to be knowledgeable about new products and expeditious in their work. "On a prior occassion I had handy hands install some plumbing in a rental house.  This went very well so I hired him to do some small jobs at my house.  <br /> 1.  fix rattle in attic fan....  outcome it still rattles <br /> 2 put new motion sensor on outdoor lights  ... accomplished this <br /> 3. measure for new shutter and window pane. ... got accurate measurements <br /> 4. replace light switches in kitchen.  he worked for approximately 3 hours on this and was not able to get the job done.  possibly my wiring, however he said he would not charge me for this time, <br /> 5.  changed out my flood lights... accomplished this task <br /> he was at my house for 6 hours and charged me for the entire 6 hours according to a previously stated rate that he had given me.  He states he does electrical however I am not convinced and would have thought that after an hour of fiddling with these switches he would of admitted he didn't know how. <br />"

"Called for quote. Call was returned the same day. Made an appointment to go over work to be done. Mr. Rice arrived for the appointment on time. Quote received within two days. I agreed to price and scheduled work. Arrived on time and performed quoted work on deck in light rain(We changed two previous dates because of rain, not a problem for me.) as well as recaulking the shower. Paid the quoted price which included materials."

"Arthur Jackson and his crew did a excellent job on this project. They were all friendly, hard working, and i felt comfortable with his team in my home even when I was not there. Old flooring was removed, hardwood floors, thresholds, and cord around were installed. There were some issues with the sub-floor and Arthur consulted us and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. They also cleaned up well at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Jackson & Jackson for hardwood floor installation and tile."
