"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

The contractor wore a face mask at all times and we had a completely contact-less visit (including the bill payment - we were able to "sign" via our own devices). "Simply amazing from start to finish! I can't say enough nice things about this company or the people that I dealt with. They were all professional, friendly and they did great work. They called me just minutes after I clicked their name on Angi's List and had someone out to give me an estimate and had my appointment date set in record time from most companies that I have dealt with for home improvement. I hate having people in my house working but I felt totally comfortable with them. The work they did was exceptional. We got a new power box (breaker box - whatever it's call) and a new meter and a couple of new outlets put in. We also got new smoke detectors throughout the house. They had to work around some issues and relocate a bit of pipe from out water filter system that was in their way. And they just took care of it without any complaints. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all and had the inspector come out and get it approved. I feel safe in my home now. I highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for any future electrical work that I need done."
