"Robert took on a very difficult project. Our home is a Chicago landmark, and thus we needed to handle our old clay tiles with care; individually removing them and cleaning them so that the roof could be replaced. The roofers then reinstalled the entire clay system after removing an old obsolete chimney and tuckpointing another one. They also sanded down or repaired many aging soffits and fascia, replaced that which had been destroyed or rotted. We had a number of changes along the way, so we had to negotiate as we went and Robert was reasonable in those discussions. As a final note, we quoted out five contractors. Two said our project was too difficult. Two others didn't return my requests for the proposed work; and I wasn't surprised given how pessimistic they were about their ability to accomplish our project. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"They rebuilt the roof portion of the dormer, re-surfaced the roof, sealed off the nail holes and edges, and replaced the siding with new aluminum.. They did an outstanding job, and it only took about half a day. They even cleaned out the gutters, replaced the missing shingles on the house and garage, and fixed a few other things that were not technically part of the deal. Awesome service! I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and in fact plan to do so soon."

"The price is very competitive; most likely your low bidder. The work is very professional and fast. Eight hours to complete a 2 layer roof tear down and replacement (including woodwork repair). The gang works like a cohesive machine and everybody knows what they are supposed to do. They protect the house and surroundings from construction debris. Again, very professional work, from prep to clean up. I would definitely hire the again to do my windows."
