The put the wrong kind of pipe connection underneath the sink, making it a T instead of a preferred connection. The water drains from both sides of the sink and it just kind of clashes into each other instead of it having a regular flow. The drain in the sink is really this bizarre design that makes it difficult to get the food out of there. The person who installed it did it without saying anything. It doesn't match the other side and it's going to have to be replaced. There were some other things, too. It was my worst experience with a plumbing company, but I don't think it was the company. I think it was the person who came out."

"He was great. He had knowledge of this area and said that all the sputtering in our faucets/lines was due to the air in our water in this subdivision. He even knew that the air comes and goes throughout the year and that some wells don't get the air during some years. Told me it was a natural occurrence and not to worry because everything was working properly.  <br /> He realized our water pressure gauge wasn't working properly and replaced that very inexpensively. He showed me the before and after installation and what to look for as far as water pressure. He explained how the pump should be working. He also said that there was a bit of resistance in the wire that goes out to the pump but this was something that you don't replace until it fails. He said he has had customers go 15 years without it failing and that it's not a safety issue unless there is standing water that could get to the wire (which was not the case here). <br /> Very professional. Cleaned up water that spilled during the process (onto our concrete basement floor). Would definitely use again next time we have a need. <br />"
