"We had been searching for a contractor to build a fence for several months. Pat answered his own call, made arrangements to meet us for an estimate that fit our schedule. He was honest, prompt, called at the end of the business day to update on progress and field comments or concerns. Touching base with us to communicate was very appreciated as we weren't able to be home when he was there. The fence was even, sturdy, well constructed and beautiful. There were no signs he had even been in the yard. Pat went above and beyond what we had agreed on, stepping in to complete removal of a portion of a hurricane fence and dispose of it for us. He's highly dependable, the work was done before anticipated and the cost of construction is very reasonable. We're so impressed with his work, we're going to ask him to build a new deck. This was a great experience for us & we'd recommend him to anyone! <br />"

"<p>My water heater rusted out and they came right away. The insurance company had another company do the tear out and drying out. As soon as everything was dried out Bronson came in and installed the water heater so I'd have hot water. They built a platform for my washer and dryer, reinstalled my water softener, washer and dryer, laid the flooring in the kitchen and replace all the appliances. They saved me enough money that I was able to have them tear out the living room carpet and have them put the laminate flooring there also. They were considerate and understanding at all times.</p> <p>I would highly recommend them and have to my friends as they have done work for me before.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Explaned above, but was right on budget after meeting with him and deciding what I could/could not afford to have him do.  Great work, gives accurate bids and works within bid pricing.  Always asks about upgrading or over pricing due to increase in product or work change prior to just doing the work.  Always know where you stand financially with this company."

"<p>My basement was an absolute disaster! I called Sweet's & they responded right away staying till around 2:30 am to make sure everything had been cleaned up & disinfected. After about a week of running fans to dry everything out, they did the restoration work in my basement which took about a week or so to complete. They told me that I could go to Lowe's & pick out new fixtures, doors, etc. The restoration work turned out nice, although the quality of the materials used were less expensive than the original building materials. (My house was built in the 1960s, so it had natural pine doors & wood moldings that were replaced with MDF.)</p> <p>Then, I got the bill! Yes, it was costly but Richard at Sweet's negotiated with the insurance adjuster and after 9 months my insurance company finally paid.</p> <p>What I most impressed with was Sweet's immediate response to an "after hours" emergency and their patience in getting paid.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Like most contractors in the area, they are usually busy (they don't keep a squad of repairmen, installers in a back room waiting to be called out) When they are available they are capable of very fine work at reasonable prices. My gas line install is nearly invisible and used only the highest quality materials, even impressed the building inspector. The furnace and AC install went great, the house is now efficiently (and inexpensively) cooled and heated, the crumbling 80 year old chimney is beautifully repaired. These guys do a good job and their prices are comparable to others. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Rogerson, ID

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
