"While I was interviewing roofing contractors to reroof my hail damaged roofs, my son mentioned that I should also consider meeting with Advanced Roofing and Construction, based on his recent experience with them, and I am glad that I did, for the reasons that follow. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction for the excellent job they did on the replacement of my hail damaged home and standalone garage roofs. In particular, I commend them for their knowledge and expertise related to the requirements and process to achieve a Fortified High Wind & Hail Impact Resistant roof meeting Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) standards. Having this certification allowed me to obtain a significant reduction on my Home Owners Insurance policy. Working with Advanced Roofing was much easier than I expected, considering the specialized nature of the High Wind & Hail Resistant asphalt roofs they installed. The Owner was very involved in the process for the more complicated aspects, and he gave me a good comfort level that he and his team knew what they were doing and how they would meet IBHS Fortified Roof requirements. Another aspect of this project that I very much liked, was not having to turn-off my A/C during the reroofing process, as other roofing contractors required, using Advanced Roofing’s innovative approach. Considering the unusually hot summer we experienced, this was a huge blessing. Onsite supervision of the work crews and work processes were essential to me. I did not have to involve myself directly with the roofers, as I had seen with my neighbors and their roofing contractors. The onsite supervision was excellent and very responsive to my concerns. They kept my yard (worksite), safe and clean. My questions and comments were followed-up and followed-through in a timely manner. The entire work process was well organized and the work teams were very professional and courteous throughout the reroofing process. They cleaned up the work debris concurrent with the deroofing and reroofing processes and ran magnets throughout the work area to retrieve nails and screws and other metal debris ongoing throughout the project. "I am away out of state on a work trip and Out of no where my wife informs me we had water dripping from the ceiling so I assumed it was a roof leak, I found and hired this person from friendly neighbor roof and restoration and they came out and inspected the roof in my attic and discovered my HVAC drain runoff pipe was clogged which overflowed my drip pan, NOT my roof so he went over and beyond and took a shop vac and sucked out the debris from my drain runoff pipe and got it going again. They went over and beyond their normal duty to help me out being away from home I am so impressed."

"Great took a little more than two days. Rain was threatening and they kept working til everything was covered even though they had started ay 7:45 that morning.

"I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."
