I found Troy and Sons on Home Advisor, read all of their posted reviews, then called and talked to Troy. There was no charge for someone to come out and assess the job on-site, so Norman came and confirmed there were no "extenuating circumstances" fees to be added. I called Troy and scheduled replacement of my water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulator. While they were here doing the replacements, they also explained the benefits of having a shut off lever on the water heater itself, so I had that added at just a minimal additional charge.
