The inspector that came out left multiple blinds open, turned off my ceiling fans that are typically left on, left attic dust all in the hallway, and unplugged kitchen counter appliances without plugging them back up. All this I could have overlooked, but the inspector left my hvac on heat when it was over 90 plus degrees outside. At the time I had 2 animals in the house, one being a French bulldog. Frenchies are very easy to overheat. My bulldog could have had a heatstroke or worse possibly had a heatstroke and died.
