"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"Jimmy called within 5 minutes of me requesting a quote. He came the following day and replaced my electric water heater. He was very professional and easy to work with. He used drop cloths to protect my home. I talked to him around 7 pm and had a new water heater installed by 2 pm the following day with great service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be referring anybody needing a plumber to Papa's Plumbing."

"On the first visit the technician was very thorough and even put in missing filter in attic unit much to our surprise. Made many useful suggestions that helped out a lot. The second visit was also thorough since their technician wasn't able to fully describe the work we needed. However, the price was very high compared to their competitor..almost three times the price! If the prices wasn't so high we might have used them, but we were satisfied with the other contractor we found on Angie's List too.

"Awesome! AC, Furnace and Hot Water Heater were all replaced. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also extremely neat. When they were finished with the job, you'd never have known they were here. Plus our electric bill has gone down considerably. Would highly recommend Zac and his crew."

"Awesome as usual. I needed space to add a 1/2 bathroom... Ron converted me from a huge hot water heater to an outdoor tankless unit. I have contracted him many times for nearly a decade. He has repaired leaky copper pipes and even installed an irrigation pump for my outdoor sprinkler system."
