"I first contacted Tim in January of this year. We stayed in contact with no pressure until I was ready to get the one area replaced and the other areas refinished. Tim came back and we reassessed what was needed. He explained every step of the process and was at our home throughout the job. Tim was thorough and addressed the concerns he had with his foreman to ensure the floors looked the way he expected and the way we wanted them to look. At completion, His team addressed questions I had and then presented those same questions to Tim. The entire process was fantastic, from moving our furniture to its replacement.
