I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. "I planned to change out my old standard water heater with a tankless unit some time this year. Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install.
