"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "I had an excellent experience with this company! When I called they sent someone out that day to look at the damaged door and give me a price that was lower than all their competitors. He also made sure my door was on his next truck in. The two gentlemen that came to fix my door were professional and polite. They quickly fixed the door and left it better than before by oiling the springs and tracking to get rid of the awful screeching noise. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and what type of regular maintenance I should preform to get the longest life out of my doors and showed me how to reprogram the door in the event I decided to change my code. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have garage door work done!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
