"During the removal of the old gutters and the replacement they found the water drains were backed-up. I called the plumber and he found we needed special treatment of the drains which could not be done for 2 days. JP was very accommodating. They left portions of the drainage pipes unattached to make the plumberâ s work easier to do. They also offered to come back after the plumbing work was completed to finish the job. "Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them.
