I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

"When having our gutters cleaned, we realized that the underground drain from the house to the street was blocked. We contacted All County to try to have the drain snaked, but when he arrived, it was determined that the type of pipe used was not going to allow for snaking. We discussed options and decided to get on their schedule to have a new drainage line installed. All County came back about 2 weeks later and dug a trench from the street to the garage behind the house. They layed 110 feet of 4 inch, higher strength PVC drain lines and connected them to each of 3 downspouts. They then refilled the trench and verified the drainage. This was the 3rd occassion on which we've had All County to our home for plumbing issues; we definitely plan to keep calling them when needed."

"We had an Ion sump pump backup system installed. Kevin, the plumbing technician, and the WyattWorks team did a fantastic job. The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!"

Not only did they do a great job, they left my basement in better condition than when they found it. Washer and Dryer were leveled and the framing that had to be removed was put back in better condition. Such a nice group of guys, I highly recommend them!!"

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

"Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.  <br>"
