"After giving us our estimate we found and issue with the lack of flooring where we took up old carpeting. He made another trip to our house to help my husband figure out what needed to be done. Appreciated his giving us his time. Jason was unable to come on the day we had agreed on. He let us know immediately and came the next day. There was a small issue with our project but he came the next day after we called him and corrected it. Our floor looks great! Very good customer service and communication."
