"Eric did a great job, our carpeting looks newly installed. Although he was running late, he called and gave us an updated time or the option to reschedule. We opted for the new time. He was very through inspecting the carpeting, vacuuming and cleaning. Due to the delay in his arrival he treated the carpeting at no additional cost. We will be calling Eric back out next year for the annual cleaning.

"This couldn't have gone better! They had professional movers come and move all our furniture downstairs which was no easy feat since we have massive furniture. They wrapped everything and were very careful. The carpet came out and they started on the wood. They showed up at the exact time they said they would and left right on time. The people doing the work were friendly and professional. They were careful not to make a mess in the rest of the house by taping plastic around to reduce the dust. The whole thing took 6 days total including them moving our furniture back. We also had them paint two rooms while the furniture was out and they did a terrific job on that. 
If you are looking for a contractor who does what he says he will do, on time and on budget- Travis is the one!
Our floors look gorgeous. This was a terrific experience, especially when you hear horror stories about renovations.

"Gary was great to work with. He brought samples of carpet to the initial appointment, and helped guide us in our selections. I spoke to several on his list of installers, trying to find one to fit our schedule. They all seemed professional and eager to help. The day of installation, the installers got a late start, and then got lost on the way to my house. That was the only snag. They worked swiftly to install, and the carpet looks great. I am very pleased with the whole experience."

"We requested estimates from 3 different companies before starting the job. The estimate from Young remodeling was the middle estimate. We chose him because he communicated very well and stayed in contact, was detail oriented, and made suggestions where he thought our layout ideas could be improved. 

He was able to start the remodeling exactly when he said he would. Although we had some initial setbacks due to delivery delays on some of the materials, the job progressed well. Paul's crew was awesome. Rex was always there to answer questions, provide suggestions, tell us when we had options on how to finish something, and fix anything that didn't meet quality standards (usually without any comment from us). They also worked late in order to complete tasks - sometimes Rex was here at 10:30 PM and back the next morning at 7:30 AM.

We came out slightly over the original estimate, but Paul asked about all changes before they were made. The only disappointment was that the carpet wasn't included in the original estimate (one of the reasons we went over), something we didn't notice in the original estimate. It was very detailed, and Paul realized he left it out before the job started (and gave us an estimate on how much it would add). All in all, that's not much of a disappointment and we were very happy with the final results!"
