"We contacted Victory Cleaning Systems through an Angie's List Big Deal.  When the representative, Greg, arrived I only expected him to give us an estimate for replacing mildewed caulking in our shower which had been replaced improperly numerous times by other professionals. However, I was happily surprised when he said he had anticipated doing the job right away. Greg found where the problem areas were and  removed the old caulk. There happened to be quite a lot of water behind the shower walls which he said could signal a bigger problem, ie a higher cost to me. However, he had the right tools on hand and the expertise to appropriately address the issue. He used a powerful fan to blow out the water and dry the walls quickly and efficiently and discovered the source of the water leak. He put on new high grade caulking, taking care to do the job to my exacting specifications. The end result was great.  He answered all my questions and explained why and what he was doing. Greg was efficient, conscientious, professional and an expert at what he did.
