"I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and the work he did on our hardwood floors. Ryan refinished the wood floors throughout the entire main floor of our home and did a beautiful job matching the existing hickory flooring in my office. He also completely tore out the flooring in our master bedroom and installed all-new hickory. He then sanded and stained everything, bringing it all together beautifully. The finished floors are truly gorgeous. What impressed me most about Ryan is the pride he takes in his work. He is extremely meticulous and pays attention to every detail. He doesn’t rush through a job just to get it finished—he genuinely cares about the quality of his workmanship and making sure the final result is something both he and the homeowner can be proud of. Ryan is a true craftsman, and that is becoming increasingly difficult to find today. Few, if any, can match the quality of his work, his attention to detail, and his commitment to doing the job right."

"This company is truly amazing. We talked on Saturday, the estimate was finished on Sunday and the job was completed on Thursday! Chris was a great guy to work with and very knowledgeable! His installers, Jake and John were very personable and professional! If you need flooring at a reasonable price and done right, this is the company for you!"

"Wonderful job. Our floors look awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional would use again anytime!!"

"Family business with three generations of installers providing quality hardwood at a great price. Floors were installed quickly and even the customizations were flawless. A great bunch of guys with a professional attitude."

"Excellent! The work was expertly done, installers very gracious, very professional."

"Lucas' team was very punctual and professional. His lead guy (Miguel) was well versed in his trade and made sure that we were taken care of as the customer. I will definitely use them again for future projects. The floors turned out amazing, especially for the price."

"Mark did an excellent job putting in new oak floors in my kitchen. The floors weren't level and Mark came up with a workable solution that fixed the issue. My house was built in 1918 so none of the floors are completely level. The floors turned out beautifully and he was able to match the color to the rest of the house. I bid the job out and Mark was the lowest price bid by just a little bit. I don't always go with the lowest price bid, if the bids are close, but this time I am glad I did.  I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone that needs quality work on hardwood floor repair or replacement.

"It went well. The floors look very nice. One room ended up being a slightly different color, but it was not the company's fault. It was communicated after the floors were stained that one room was a different type of wood. The floors look amazing. Just wished they matched. Also, the owner was generous by offering a military discount and an Angie's List discount. We are still waiting on our wood grain vent covers though."

"I am 100% satisfied. Lewis responded quickly to my request for a flooring installer. He made his work proposal very clear. He offered a good price which he did not change at the end of the job. Lewis worked in a precise manner and completed the work within the proposed timeframe. He kept me informed during each phase of the project. He respected timing and always gave me a heads-up as to his arrival, lunch break or leaving for the day. Lastly, Lewis exhibited a level of integrity and honesty that allowed me to feel comfortable while he was in my home. I would recommend Sissi Construction; a true representative of standard and quality."

"I have been very pleased with the service that has been provided by MT Premier Properties. Interior remodel of our home was complete without issue and they had very creative ideas to keep up with the current interior design trends. I will continue to refer MT to anyone that needs a home remodel!"
