He sanded sun bleached/damaged wood in a dining room, hearthroom, and kitchen that hadn't been refinished in 25 years. His task was to make the 38-year-old floor look like the newly laid floor in the living room. Some "tweaks" on the stain and voila! Three coats of poly and the floors look like new and beautiful! Great job, it's wonderful to see there still are some perfectionists in the trades."

"Called Mark to schedule a bid to refinish our floors. He came out on time and gave us a bid that was lower than other companies. Scheduled a time to start refinish. Mark and Tony were on time each day, called me at the end of each day to give me an update and were very professional and clean during the entire process. The dust was minimal, just required a wipe down of surfaces. Mark mentioned he does not usually take off the quarter round of the baseboards, which I was initially worried about, but they did a fantastic job around the baseboards. I do have white baseboards, so did have to re-paint the bottom of each baseboard, but that was much better than replacing each piece, then having to paint. 
The entire process was smooth. It happened just as Mark explained it would, there were no surprises at all. He even helped us to darken the existing color. 
The Price was exactly as quoted.

"It went well. The floors look very nice. One room ended up being a slightly different color, but it was not the company's fault. It was communicated after the floors were stained that one room was a different type of wood. The floors look amazing. Just wished they matched. Also, the owner was generous by offering a military discount and an Angie's List discount. We are still waiting on our wood grain vent covers though."
