Those were good days... When we first contacted Terry I explained the scope of our project. I also explained why having those holes patched was so very important to me to avoid a repeat of what I had experienced a few years before - an invasion of squirrels that would terrorize me by running around in the ceilings inside our house. It honestly drove me nuts! So, Terry understood how important this repair was to us, and he worked us into his busy schedule. He knew it was not going to be a highly profitable project for him - but how Very Important it was to Camille and me. We talked a little about what we needed done and he told me he would be over on Saturday to do a quote. To my surprise and delight he showed up. He looked at the project and said if we'd like he would go ahead and take care of it right then - who does that? So, he spent the next 3 1/2 hours doing the repair. I decided to sit on the porch to talk with him during his work, and it was so refreshing. But, that's a story for another day. Suffice it to say I was able to ascertain that Terry is a Quality Man who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. We so appreciate that - and we so appreciate that he was able to help us and not gouge us on the price.
