"This company sold me the stove, but had another contractor perform the installation. I had to pay the contractor separately. The contractor did not follow up well and/or make sure I knew how to work it. After several months it was determined that the stove installation was not correct. Improper installation caused problems with the stove. They did eventually correct the problem to my satisfaction."
