We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent."
