"I’d like to cover up a hole in my yard but this company came in made sure that my septic lines were working Then they put in a new distribution box and left. I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

We now have 3 pieces of snake in our drain and keep getting bills in the mail. I've called multiple times to try to resolve this only to be called a liar and asked how I want to pay. RotoRooter has made no attempt to fix the situation by removing the equipment from our drain, which will likely cause more problems in the future. This company has a lot of turnover and very minimal training. One of their employees recommended we call EconoRooter because they are more experienced and have better tools to complete the job. That would be my recommendation as well."
