"The owner, Mr. Stevenson, over saw everything.  His employees have been working for him for  years which says a lot about the company as a whole.  They were done within an hour.  The product was of extremely high quality as it had no odor or dust.  The price was extremely reasonable especially for the quality of the product and service.  I immediately noticed a difference in my home as it is remaining much cooler and we no longer need the additional AC unit we had in our bedroom.  Also our main AC unit is no longer running constantly as the insulation has been keeping the the cold air in the house.  They were able to give us an estimate over the phone and the price was spot on for the actual job.  I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their service. "I have used them several times. Yes, I would use them again. Simply because they installed the system in my house that I bought. My house is less than 2 years old. We built our house, and they installed the unit, the system, and everything. I used them because they are familiar with it. They are the ones who installed it and they are responsible for what ever. I gave them a C for the performance, because of my most recent interaction with them. It was more one particular guy. The guy was in a rush. He came to my house, one thing he was late. Which I understand, because where I live there is still a lot of newer construction. They installed the systems in all those house out there. They are constantly going. From Madisonville to Baton Rouge, you are talking about a 45 or 50 minute time difference. That is how far away it is. So it is understandable, but he came and he told me he had a lot of different houses to do. So he came, he left the truck running. He was supposed to come check out the unit inside, up in the attic, check the coil, and clean. I feel like, I was cutting my grass at the time, I don't believe he even went in the attic. I was outside cutting my grass trying to get that done before it started raining. I didn't even question him. He came, he was there kind of long enough to go into the attic maybe, but I don't think that he did. What really stood out to me is he left his truck running. I understand it's hot outside and everything, and you left the A/C running probably, but you can tell he was in a rush. I don't feel like he did everything, but I didn't stand over and watch him. I just had a feeling he didn't do everything. I think he just cleaned the outside unit, and he was just in and out. Like he checked to make sure my filter was good inside, and I don't think he really went into the attic. So I don't feel like he did a complete job. I had an issue, so they are coming back on Tuesday of next week. I would tell a friend or family member I had a mixed experience with them. The first time I dealt with them it was a different guy, and he came out and did what he had to do, he was real professional, and I was totally satisfied with the work that he did. The last guy, you know how some people are kind of sketchy, he was one of those people. Overall I would say I have had a pretty good experience, overall, up until recently. I can't 100% prove that he didn't do what he was supposed to do, I just feel like he didn't. Overall, I would tell people I had a pretty good experience. The interactions with him were good for the most part. Any concerns that I had, he answered. You know you are only as good as your last job. Across the board, I would say interactions with them have been good. The person that you speak to when you call them out to have something done, I have had a good experience across the board. The issue I have right now, that they are coming out for on Tuesday, they are pretty good. The responsive time is pretty good."

"Our laundry sink is a deep tub with little space left for the faucet in the rear. I expected that the plumber would need to remove the tub in order to replace the faucet. However, he did all his work from the underside and needed to cut the copper tubing to the old faucet to accomplish. He didn’t ask nor did I specify that I wanted to reuse the old faucet. But he defeated that purpose when he cut the tubing to close to faucet body. Subsequently, when we checked the installation, we pointed out that he hadn’t tightened down enough allowing the faucet to be moved around on the tub. Additionally, the pull-down hose couldn’t be pulled down at all. He fixed these items before he left. But afterwards, I discovered that the hose could only be pulled down part of it overall length. Admittedly, this was a tough job especially in the manner that he chose to accomplish. But I felt it could have gone better."
