They took name and address plus description of work and stated that it would be next week but could happen as early as this Thursday or Friday. NOTE: they should have stated they were backed up and the next week would be dicey. No show so I waited for next week. No show Thursday and no call. I called and office said they would move my ticket to the top. Friday and no show and no call. I called in mid PM and they promised I would be taken care of but it would be the last call. No show so I called at 4:50 PM and was told "probably not today" but they would schedule me for following Tuesday AM. They did show then and did a credible job in repairs."
