"Cliff is by far the most knowledgeable, capable and professional contractor that I have ever worked with. His skill, workmanship and attention to detail are incredible. He spoke with me to determine the best course of action for a major kitchen repair. He presented numerous options that I hadn't thought of. We agreed on a plan and a price and he began work almost immediately. Every phase of the project went smoothly. He constantly check and double-checked to ensure everything was exactly as planned and to my satisfaction. He brought up options throughout the project as they came up and always kept all work and storage areas clean and organized. He maintains a network of like-minded, skilled professionals for specific skills such as granite countertops, painting etc. The project was completed very quickly and looks and performs significantly better than before. When I need another construction project, I cannot imagine using anyone else. I highly recommend Cliff!"

"We hired Thompson Remodeling to gut renovate 2 apt units we purchased in 2019. The entire project had to be done via phone and email as we live in NY and the projects were in Vero Beach, Fla. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021. We are in great hands..(BTW, i am not related to anyone affiliated with Thompson and i think i have only written 2 reviews in my life) sometimes people only write when they want to complain, we couldn't have been happier.."

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"In any project of this size, there were a few hiccups but Eddie’s team did an outstanding job. They were professional and on time. The project consisted the complete renovation of the master bathroom (a zero barrier shower, new vanity counters and cabinets) and closets, as well as the installation of ceramic tiles, baseboards and shoe mouldingsvin the 4 bedrooms . Will definitely use them again."

"It was necessary for them to remove most of the furniture from the den to the adjoining room, They then had to stretch the existing carpet and trim it along one border and refasten it and return the furniture to it's original location."

"Rick and his crew were extremely professional in every way. They arrived on time, cleaned up after they were done and kept within the quoted cost and time to completion. I have had then do multiple remodeling work, as well as small repairs, on my home over the past 4 years and have never had an issue! He has always been responsive to my needs and, when necessary, went above and beyond to start and complete a job within a very tight time frame. He and his crew have done work from adding rooms within an existing structure, put in doors and vents, hung fans, completed electrical work, painted walls, added outside canopies, installed a new exterior door in a solid concrete block wall... among other things! I have referred him to friends of ours for a full kitchen remodel and they were thrilled with the price and workmanship. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a contractor/construction firm with as much integrity and ability as A & R Construction. He & his crew ended up being more than just workmen, they became family! You will not be sorry!"

"Having a water line burst in the attic was not what we were anticipating when we were on vacation, however thats exactly what happened.  Not having ever been in this situation, I was not sure where to begin to fix the problem.  A friend recommended DRIMAXX due to some work they performed on his mold issues in his home and he was very satisfied.  After calling DRIMAXX and telling them the problem, they responded to my home in less than an hour.  There was water flowing down my drywall in several rooms, the ceilings were caving in and all the insulation in the attic had to be removed.  They set up multiple dehumidifiers, powerful air blowers (large commercial fans), removed all base boards and crown moldings, etc.  The amount of work which was needed to be done was mind boggling.  DRIMAXX made this horrible situation easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.  The employees were friendly and genuinely were concerned about the loss I suffered.  After a week of the water removal, they came in and made my home look better than new.  Very satisfied.
