Here is our review: * Professionalism: * The guys are all so professional, friendly, efficient, and a well-oiled machine (carpentry, plumbing, tile, electric, cabinetry/doors all work together really well). * They were always on time and got lots done each day * The communication app (Ring) was incredibly helpful for project mgmt and to keep everyone on the same page. * Any issues were resolved quickly so very little stress for us. * Paul (owner) is the best and he is honest, transparent, hard working, trustworthy, and adds little personal touches. * Cleanliness: I was shocked at how clean the house was during the process (including demo). They put down protective flooring/tarps and cleaned before they left every day. The also has an employee who cleans the house the last day of renovation, which is an amazing part of the service. * Quality of work is great. We just bought this house and it feels so amazing seeing that they completely gutted the bathrooms and rebuilt everything to be safe and to code (it was a hot mess before). Brand new high quality perfect framing, electric, plumbingâ ¦tile looks amazing. Great stuff. * Preparation and materials: they give you a really good materials list and help you with your purchases. I do recommend giving yourself as much time as possible to shop and allow time for everything to get delivered. We love our bathrooms. They look absolutely amazing. Whenever we do our 4th bathroom weâ ll definitely work with them again."

"Monk's does a highly professional well managed renovations project from start to finish. Once project is signed off on, a project manager handles it all. In my case it was Matthew Ayers. He addressed any concerns or changes I presented in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. My project was a bathroom remodel that turned out absolutely beautiful with wonderful craftsmanship. Thanks to the initial design consultations in their studio with Cortney it turned out perfect. Much patience from the Monk's team while I made numerous changes, adds, etc. There was a glitch or two with verifying the supplies, incorrect toilet which caused a delay since it had to be reordered. Due to supply chain issues, this delayed the time to complete. Otherwise the project manager, Matthew made arrangements to accommodate any inconvenience. I was completely satisfied two years ago when I first worked with Monk's for my kitchen remodel and was so pleased with that project that I decided to give them my bathroom project this past year. I have other projects on the horizon and won't hesitate to go with them again."

"We couldn’t have replaced this door with a better expert. Ryan took measurements and photos, then recommended several doors in various price ranges. We didn’t realize how many options come with storm doors. Ryan gave us some really good recommendations and helped us make a great choice. He installed the door in a half day while we were out. Came back to a gorgeous door/screen storm door combo- something we weren’t even sure could have been done to begin with. Important to know:Throughout the entire process, Ryan was responsive and easy to reach. That’s vital in a world where ghosting is the norm (unfortunately).
