"I hate the company. I do not like them at all. It was something that was discussed that I wanted to get done, but I didn't approve it. They sprayed the trees to kill the fungus on them, but they didn't tell me that they were going to do it. They discussed that as an option, but I never gave approval. They came and did it without telling me and then charged me. I had a fight with them about getting that charge canceled because it was something that was optional but was not agreed upon. When I asked them how I was going to eat the fruit, they didn't say anything. I really had no problem with the lawn care. The price wasn't bad. The problem did get resolved, but it took a lot of effort on my end. I absolutely would not hire them again."

Dowd's staff preforms good work and is very accommodating when I have asked them to do additional work on occasion such as cutting branches or planting a recently purchased shrub for me, etc."
