"Great!! Two different handymen, two different occasions. Both men were professional and friendly. Replacing the interior door took some time, and it was worth it! Dean was meticulous (and went up and down the stairs so many times) to make sure the door fit properly in the frame and opened easily over the carpet (which the previous door never did). Separately our front stoop needed repair - pulling off the existing stone/brick that was deteriorating and replacing it with bluestone. James does beautiful work - he is a master in masonry. Coming out of lockdown and having both men show up with all the necessary PPE put me at ease - they were being very careful and following all the guidelines. I've already scheduled them for more work. Well worth the price!!"

The job manager, Eric, was excellent at communicating about the work and steps needed to complete the job. Wilber's even helped to order the doors that they needed to install from a local vendor they recommended. You could not ask for more in terms of craftsmanship, communication, and consideration. For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. "Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"
