"I had asked Keyprime Roofing for a quote to replace my roof. However, based on their inspection they determined no repair or replacement was required at this time. I appreciated the honest assessment of the condition of our roof. Their representative was responsive and professional. I will definitely call Keyprime Roofing again when it's time to replace our roof."

"Buck and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof gutters, Deck and some repair work on my siding. He worked with the adjuster on my hail claim and pointed out everything that needed to be done. Very easy to talk to, and he answered all my questions. Everything looks fantastic."

"Capital did excellent work reworking the flat roof and nearby windows and shingled areas on our unique home in September-October 2020. Jeff and Azael were not only extremely helpful in assessing the pre-repair situation, recommending what should be done and preparing a detailed work plan and estimate for the project, but in executing the project rapidly with care and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the new, re-sloped flat roof areas (including new metal trim and drains), the new clerestory windows, and the newly re-shingled mansard sections, which are a perfect match for the section we didn't need to replace. Everything looks GREAT and has performed flawlessly so far. We have already made plans to have Capital come back to take care of the rest of the roof when it needs replacing. Grateful to have found these folks! Would love to have posted photos of the finished work, but the CHOOSE FILE button didn't work for uploading them."

"We would definitely recommend Legacy Restoration! They recently did a roofing project for us. Our service representative, Justin Wenzel, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. David Bull helped in the initial inspection and dealt with the insurance company which made things so easy for us. The company had excellent communications with us. Joyel Krogstad was very efficient and contacted us by text, voice mail and email. Michael John Lambert and his crew were efficient, did an outstanding job and completed the entire roofing project in one day. We've had many excellent comments on how nice our roof looks and the city inspector who checked the roof commented that it was well done. Thank you, Legacy!"

"Bormann Brothers had the lowest rate of several companies I received quotes from, so I went with them. They showed up right on time and prepped the house, moving deck furniture and protecting plants. I can't believe how fast they completed the roof and it looks fantastic. When I put up Christmas lights, I investigated the roof and they did all the little details perfectly. High quality job at low cost and no hassle."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It is difficult finding a contractor to take in a small repair project. I was fortunate to work with eRoof for my small roof repair project. The work was done efficiently and timely. Everything was done as agreed to at the beginning of the project."

"This was a 2 day challenging fascia replacement job involving a several person crew supervised by Lakewoods' owner, Shawn, and his right hand man, Ho. All the work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I would highly recommend Lakewoods and Shawn for siding and roof work requiring a high level of competence."

"I had a large branch from an oak tree fall over my house during a wind storm. I had my insurance company out for an inspection and was told I would need a new roof. J&B Roofing did a wonderful job with my new roof and wood repairs from the branch damage. Due to rumors about insurance abuse and fraud I felt the need to handle my claim on my own and Hilda from J&B Roofing was respectful of my decision. I am happy with the service and material I received, thank you!"
