The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them."

"Luna Siding and Roofing was fast (3 days), and efficient. I had to have my entire roof covered with new plywood due to the age of the house. Luna's craftsmanship is superb. When the job was done my yard looked as though they were never there. They removed every bit of debris from the old roof. The roof looks so good now I'm forced to get new siding so the rest of the house looks as good as the roof. When I first called Luna they sent someone to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. I had my estimate soon after which included a warranty on craftsmanship and on the roofing material itself. He was patient and explained everything in great detail. The roof comes with a warranty can be transferred to the next owner if I decide to sell. Also I have to add that his administrative staff is very helpful and professional. They were polite, responsive and if they didn't have an answer they called the boss (who by the way personally goes to each job and supervises the work himself). Overall I'm very happy with Luna Siding and Roofing. I was a little nervous about the job beforehand but they made it painless. I would highly recommend them"

My property was cleaned up very well when the job was finished, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Everyone was very professional and nice. "Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. Part of my enclosed porch (leaked for years) actually fell in when they started to work on it. They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed. The crew working on my project were very professional, safety rules followed and hard workers. I got several estimates before choosing Bill and his was higher then the rest but I also had confidence that he was going to make sure it was done correctly. "It went better than I could have hoped for!  Alan is a nice, honest person, with plenty of roofing experience.  The day after I called, he showed up first thing the next morning.   He could tell immediately why our slate roof was leaking into our bathroom and bedroom, and how to repair it - and explained it all to me clearly.  Westside did a great job.  The crew was highly professional, courteous, kind, and efficient.  They were In and out in one day!  I couldn't believe it! They even threw in some extras I hadn't asked for, e.g., rehung a heavy bathroom mirror much more securely than my jerry-rigged method. And when I asked for one last piece of work at the end of the day (which I hadn't thought of before), even after their long day they happily stayed longer to help me out.   Every person on the crew was nice and friendly and hard working.  And back in the office - Candi was great!  She is lovely to deal with, returned emails and calls promptly.
